CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS AND COMBINE ORDERS

You've just placed an order but realize you've made a mistake with your address? You want to combine your new order with your last order?

If the order is placed within the day, please contact us at nagiworkz@live.hk and we might be able to change the delivery address/make combine shipment for you.

If more than 2 days have passed, chances are that your order might have already been packed and shipped. In this case, we will not be able to make any changes on the shipping address/add any items to your shipment. 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND/RETURN

Please contact us to inform about the defective item(s) within 7 days after you have received the shipment.

Ensure that your item(s) fulfills the conditions below:

• Within 7 days of receipt

• Invoice available

• Original condition & tags intact

• Original packing

2. Send the photos & details (Invoice no. & which item) to nagiworkz@live.hk

3. Pack your item(s)

4. Drop off your package/Track your return

5. Look out for email notification
