Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this site.

Thank you for visiting the Nagiworkz Doll Accessories & Make-up | Handmade.

We permit you to use this site, subject to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), which we may update from time to time without notice to you. We reserves the right to make changes to the site, related policies and agreements, the Privacy Policy and this Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. By using the services, such as placing orders on the site, you are agreeing to all of the Terms Of Service.

PRICES

All prices are set by Nagiworkz Doll Accessories & Make-up | Handmade with the following conditions:

  • Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST), delivery charges and insurance.

  • Prices of products may be altered without notice.

  • All backorders at the time of any price change will reflect the new price.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order, or any part of an order, for any reason whatsoever.

PRE-ORDER GOODS

Please be informed that we will need 50% of the goods vale for Pre-order items. Please understand that you are not allowed to cancel the order & the deposit is not refundable.

We shall inform once the Pre-order items are ready, please arrange us the balance payment accordingly and we shall ship out the goods once payment is received.

ORDER AND CANCELLATION

Please understand that NO cancellation will be allowed once order is proceeded.

Order can ONLY cancelled by the below reasons: 

  1. Out of Stock

  2. Long waiting time for Pre-order items

 

Stock might be incorrect, we will send email to inform about the missing item(s). Customers can change/cancel & ask for refund for the missing item(s).


We can arrange combine shipment for several orders with extra handling charges, please contact us & provide your order numbers if needed. However, please understand that we cannot add/combine orders if the goods are already shipped out.

PAYMENT

A) Unless a prior agreement has been made with Nagiworkz Doll Accessories & Make-up | Handmade, goods will not be shipped until full payment is received. We accept payment in HKD, RMB & USD. Please refer to the below for the payment methods for each currency.

Goods may be paid for by any of the following means:

  • For HKD

  1. Credit / Debit Cards

  2. Cash

  3. FPS

  4. Cheque (with suitable identification)

  5. PayMe

  6. ​TNG Wallet​

  7. AlipayHK

  8. WeChat Pay

  9. ATM/Local Bank Transfer (HSBC & BOCHK)

  10. PayPal (Extra 6% charges is required)

  • For RMB

  1. Credit / Debit Cards (Extra 1% charges is required)

  2. Alipay

  3. WeChat Pay

  4. ATM/Bank Transfer (BOC)

  5. PayPal (Extra 6% charges is required)

  • For USD

  1. Credit / Debit Cards

  2. Direct Payment into our Bank Account (HSBC & BOCHK)

  3. PayPal (Extra 6% charges is required)

*Please be informed that you will need to bear ALL extra charges caused by bank & PayPal.

*All prices shown in the shop from this site are quoted in HKD. For China & overseas customers, please check our Taobao & Etsy shop.

B) Payment by cheque or direct payment will not be considered payment until it has been fully cleared through the banking system into Nagiworkz Doll Accessories & Make-up | Handmade's bank account.

C) If an agreement is made where Nagiworkz Doll Accessories & Make-up | Handmade has agreed the layaway payment for the Customer, the following conditions apply: 

  1. Payment is to be made within the agreed payment date, goods will ONLY ship out once we have received the full payment.

  2. We refuse to supply any further goods and/or grant further extensions of credit while any overdue amounts owing remain unpaid.

  3. We may withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice.

RISK, OWNERSHIP AND DELIVERY

  • Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply of delivery.

  • Property and ownership of the goods will remain the property of Nagiworkz Doll Accessories & Make-up | Handmade until payment has been received in full.

  • Customer agrees to pay all delivery costs.

  • Any quotation of delivery times by Nagiworkz Doll Accessories & Make-up | Handmade are made in good faith, but as estimates and not as commitments.

  • We will NOT be responsible for non-deliver or delay of delivery, nor for any losses or damages whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any force majeure. This shall include (but not be limited to) any natural disaster, flood or earthquake, strike, lockout, fire, war, civil commotion, inability to obtain products or supplies including the imposition of any export or import bans or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE

​Goods will be sent out ASAP in the following days after full payment:

  • Ready-stocks - 2-5 Business Days

  • Pre-order Goods - Until goods are ready

Shipping Methods

  • For Local Customers

  1. Registered Mail (Small Package/Parcel) - Cheapest way, delivery around 2-5 days

  2. SF Express (Delivery charges to be paid when receiving the goods) - Faster way with higher cost, delivery around 2-3 days

  • For Macao & Taiwan Customers

  1. Registered Air-Mail (Small Package/Parcel) - Cheapest way, delivery around 2-5 days

  2. SF Express (Delivery charges to be paid when receiving the goods) - Fastest way with higher cost, delivery around 2-3 days

  3. EMS - Fast & safe but expensive, delivery around 3-7 days

  • For China & Overseas Customers

  1. Registered Air-Mail (Small Package/Parcel) - Cheapest way, delivery around 7-10 days

  2. EMS - Fast & safe but expensive, delivery around 5-7 days

*For customers who choose to deliver via Registered Air-Mail & EMS, we shall quote you the balance delivery charges (if any) after your goods are packed. If you cannot find your country in the shipping list, please contact us and we shall quote you the delivery charges. Please arrange to remit us the delivery charges and we shall ship out your goods & provide you the tracking no. once payment is received.

We will NOT ship out the goods by any shipping methods without tracking numbers. We are NOT responsible for any damages & losses caused by the transition, NO refund or replacement goods will be sent on such cases.

RETURN/REFUND FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you received any defective product(s), please report to us within 7 days after you have received the shipment. Please take clear photos of the damaged part(s) and send to nagiworkz@live.hk​. We shall arrange to send replacement goods or refund after confirmation. Kindly noted that damages caused by transportation is NOT included.

For some of the services supplied on our website you may be asked to provide further details.
